Summer Sports Clinic for teens ages 13-18

IMPROVE YOUR VERTICAL JUMP, RUN TIME, LATERAL QUICKNESS, and STRENGTH

During this 5-day clinic, participants will learn to execute a variety of performance-based strength training and conditioning exercises with proper technique. Proper weight room etiquette AND SAFETY will be emphasized on a daily basis.

Offered weekly during the Summer: Monday-Friday, 9:30am-12:30pm 

It’s not too late to register! There are a few spots left for the weeks of July 26 and August 9!
