Programs and Classes at the Wilton Family Y
Why choose a Wilton Family Y Program?
When you join the Y, we want you to become an ACTIVE member. That’s why we offer so many different programs for all ages and interests. Whether it’s swimming, sports, health & wellness, child care, gymnastics or exercise classes, you’ll find it here at the Wilton Family Y. We have the best variety of activities to keep you and your family healthy and happy! The Y welcomes individuals with disabilities in all classes. If your child or someone you know needs support to participate in a Y program, contact Special Needs Coordinator Gloria Bass at x207.

Great Facilities
The Wilton Family Y is blessed to be located on a spacious 20-acre campus with grassy fields, a fresh water pond and beach, lots of shade trees, outdoor playgrounds, a covered picnic area, and the Norwalk River running along the boundary. When you walk through the doors of our building, you’ll find a welcoming main lobby and reception area, two swimming pools, a full gymnasium, a state-of-the-art fitness center, clean locker rooms, nursery school classrooms, and several multi-purpose rooms for exercise programs, youth activities or community projects. The Y's buildings are all handicap-accessible. We want every member to have a safe, satisfying experience each time they come to the Y, and we are committed to keeping our facilities in excellent condition for your visit!
A Great Family
We have a wonderful community of people here at the Wilton Y, and you’ll be joining a family of members and staff who practice the core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility. It’s a positive, supportive environment where you and your family can feel comfortable while pursuing the activities that interest you the most. You’ll also get to know people in the community at large, as the Y partners with almost 40 other charitable organizations in Wilton and surrounding towns on projects that benefit the common good. And, as a community service organization, the Y thrives on the camaraderie of people who help out by volunteering for events throughout the year.
