Aquatic Coordinator, Part-Time Employment
Looking for a self-motivated individual that has a background in aquatic management, customer service, and knowledge of social media. Will be directly working with Aquatics Director for the betterment of the Aquatics Community, including evaluating staff, fundraising, registration processes, etc.

The Riverbrook Regional Y’s NEW Gymnastics Center is looking for experienced coaches!
We are currently searching for experienced gymnastics coaches to add to our advanced training program for children ages 7 and above. Candidates must have at least 2 years of competitive gymnastics experience, must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills and enthusiasm with athletes and other coaches. Benefits include a YMCA membership.
Compensation depends on level of experience. This position is part time with the potential to become full time.
Gymnastics Part-time Instructor
At the Riverbrook Regional Y’s gymnastics center, we run fun-filled gymnastics classes (and birthday parties) for pre-k, kindergarten, elementary and middle school aged children. Positions are available for mornings and afternoons and weekends. Instructors will lead and assist in structured classes for children ages 3-12. They also will have the opportunity to learn how to become a competitive team coach. A great Instructor/Coach should be an outgoing, strong leader who loves having fun and being around children.

Head Teacher for Before and After-school Program – Immediate Opening
Position Summary: The Afterschool Head Teacher will be responsible for the managing, well-being, safety and discipline of a group of children in the After School Childcare program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Supervising Assistant Teachers
• Set-up and breakdown, cleanliness and supplies for the classroom.
• Effective verbal and written communication with parents, staff and children.
• Organization and filling of written records that pertain to the Afterschool program.
The Afterschool Head Teacher works enthusiastically to support the Riverbrook Regional YMCA in meeting the needs of the community within the licensing guidelines for the State of Connecticut.
Part Time position, M-F 7am-830, M-F 2:30pm-6pm
• The candidate must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must hold a Head Teacher Certificate through CT Charts or have 12 ECE College credits – required by OEC
• Must have excellent organizational skills and be neat.
• Experience working with children and possess the ability to lead others.
