FITSANITY
This very popular intense exercise program emphasizes “muscle confusion”. Muscle confusion is a method of cross training and periodization achieved through switching the order of exercises and incorporating new and varied movements. Studies have concluded that muscle confusion has been known to prevent the body from adapting to exercises over time, resulting in continual improvement without plateaus. Fashioned after the INSANITY workout, (a 90-day program that combines a variety of exercise techniques including strength, cardio yoga, plyometrics, and stretching,) this program should give you a knock-out workout routine. This 30 day program consists of all that the P90X routine offers but in a shorter time span to allow adjustment of goals as you progress through the program.. Classes are taught by a certified Beach Body coach, specifically trained to deliver this program.

COUCH TO 5K TRAINING PROGRAM (C25K)
If you are reading this because you want to make changes in your life, but you have no idea how to set about doing it, then the Couch to 5K training program could be exactly what you are looking for. The program has been designed for people who may be embarrassed to go out for a run, who have not been physically active since high school, and who do not want to join a manic exercise group that leaves you feeling sick and exhausted after each session. The bottom line is, you want to get fit, but you want to feel comfortable and in control while doing it. Our certified staff follows the philosophy that running does not need to be painful and time-consuming: it can be rewarding and the 5K training program will deliver results that you can really see.

Join our certified athletic trainer will help you succeed by coaching runners through specific drills, exercises and stretches. Train the smart way for your first 5K. Group will complete a 5K at the end of the 8 week training session

Tye4 Bone-Up ™
If you are skeptical of other group classes that may not address your specific needs, join “Bone-Up” and exercise safely and comprehensively without worry. Bone-Up is a safe and beneficial class designed specifically to those individuals with Osteoporosis, Osteopina, or any condition which limits spinal flexion in exercise.

This class focuses on improving balance, building bone mass, and increasing overall strength, flexibility and endurance with an emphasis on body alignment to ensure safety, regardless of your ability level. During the class you will work with the Tye4 apparatus-a supportive resistance-assistance training harness similar to bungee cords that attach to the hands and feet. All exercises are closed chain which means they are the most beneficial to the body.

Tye4 adjusts to a body of any shape or size so that it “loads” the skeleton which automatically helps you to “Bone-Up”!

All skill levels are welcome to participate in this fun class!

Group Reformer Classes
We offer group classes of 4 per class and private one-on-one trainings. You may also share a session “Duet” with a friend. Right Start – Personal Nutrition and Fitness Program
Personalized, customized individual Nutrition and Personal training program that includes private 3 full nutrition sessions, 3 mini nutrition sessions and 5 personal training sessions. Contact Mary Ann (276) for complete details.

TRX – Now included in membership
TRX is a unique way to challenge your core strength & stability. Everyone from serious fitness enthusiasts, to rehab patients, elite athletes, and prenatal clients will see a difference when utilizing the two. All classes held in the gym. TRX Circuit Classes are offered: Wednesdays and Fridays at 10:30AM.

Adult Ballet
Learn the fundamentals of ballet and creative movement in this adult only class. Participants will learn the basic ballet movements while building strength, coordination and balance.

Outdoor Boot Camp
This exciting program is modeled after a popular high intensity circuit program- Outdoor Boot camp is core strength and conditioning program. High Intensity Interval Training  athletes run, row, jump rope, climb rope and carry odd objects. TRX  dumbbells, pull-up bars, kettlebells and many body weight exercises set on the field and track. Certified trainers will monitor your form and track your progress. They will work with you to achieve the goal of increased cardiovascular endurance while inducing strength gains in each muscle group. The theme of the outdoor boot camp training program consists of “constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement. Training. Classes will typically include a warm-up, a skill development segment, and a high-intensity workout that lasts around ten to twenty minutes .Running drills are also utilized in these workouts. MWF-5:30-6:30am

Outdoor Running Boot Camp
Running Boot Camp is an outdoor running program offering world-class running instruction & motivational techniques. This program is packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness and running goals quickly! No matter what your age, size or fitness level, you can achieve great results. The only requirement is that you are motivated to get in shape and work hard. The goal here is to learn how to run more efficiently, increase your speed and have fun doing it!  There is NO COMPETITION. Join us for this class designed for women only. Empower yourself while you learn exercises that focus on your upper body, lower body and torso. Class will be held in our state-of-the-art Health & Wellness Center. Exercises will be performed utilizing strength training equipment and free weights.
